Entertainment & military capital of all the planets. It is "home" to any aspiring fighter as well as the bards to tell the tales.

All major cities have numerous arenas for all types of combat. The best of all the worlds' fighters & military leaders are either born or trained here. Creatures are captured & brought in from all of the most dangerous places to amuse the masses by either killing or being killed in the arenas. Likewise with most of the most dangerous criminals.

Prisoners can opt into the combats and for each fight they win they earn money to be paid once their time is served. To date the governments have made good on this deal, though some prisoners choose to stay on as arena fighters for either money or fame.
